POM-434. A joint resolution adopted by the Legislature of the State of Alabama; to the Committee on the Judiciary:
`Joint Resolution repealing Act No. 302, NJR 227, 1976, regular session, which petitioned the Congress of the United States to convene a constitutional convention for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the Constitution requiring that Federal spending not exceed estimated Federal revenues.
`Be it resolved by the Legislature of Alabama, both Houses thereof concurring, That Act No. 302, HJR 227, 1976, Regular Session, is hereby repealed.'
